Installation Instructions
These instructions assume that you are running Windows 2000/XP and have installed Dreamweaver MX 2004 or later. For system requirements, please visit www.jsftoolbox.com.
The first step to getting started with JSFToolbox is to install the software using the Macromedia Extension Manager (see screenshot below). You can launch the Extension Manager from Start > Program Files > Macromedia menu. Then choose File > Install Extension and browse to the JSFToolbox extension file that you downloaded.
You will also need to have the Java 2 Platform Standard Edition 5.0 Runtime Environment installed for JSFToolbox to work properly. You can download a version of JSFToolbox that includes the necessary Java Runtime Environment (JRE) or you can download the JRE separately from Sun Microsystem's Java site at java.sun.com.
Once you have completed the installation procedure, you can launch Dreamweaver to start using JSFToolbox and JavaServer Faces technology.
