Installing ICEfacesTools

The first step in getting started is installing ICEfacesTools for Dreamweaver. The extension can be installed in the standard way, using the Adobe Extension Manager.

ICEfacesTools Community Edition

The Community Edition is designed for stand-alone operation without JSFToolbox for Dreamweaver, and includes a number of useful features, such as:

• Syntax auto-complete

• Context-sensitive help

• Drag-and-drop ICEfaces tag toolbars

• ICEfaces tag chooser dialogs

ICEfacesTools Professional Edition

The Professional Edition contains all the functionality of the Community Edition, as well as:

• Visual ICEfaces tags

• ICEfaces component panel

• ICEfaces server behaviors

• Property inspectors with data-bound controls

• Dynamic JSF EL code hints

• Live Data mode

• and more
